Our October outing was held on Friday, the 23rd at Bill & Roberta Nevels house. Despite the
cool weather we really had a good turn-out. There was a bonfire outside to warm by. We even got a tour through the woods to
see the spook trail. Hamburgers & hotdogs were served with all the trimmings. There were plenty of desserts. Several
members chose to dress in costumes for the occasion. Two trophies were presented for the best dressed and they went to
Ben Nevels & Jim Hunter. A special "THANK YOU" goes to Bill & Roberta for all the work they put forth to make this
a special TREAT.

The September outing was held on the 26th at Karl & Kathy Soliday's house in Owasso. This was their
7th annual Bar-B-Kruise. It was a georgous day and we really had a good turnout. We had over 30 members present and several
guest. The guys really enjoyed all the classic cars that were in the yard. There was lots of food for everyone.
A special "Thank You" to Karl & Kathy for allowing the club to come for such a special treat. Also "Bella" got to make
her debut.

This outing was hosted by Richard & Sue Johnson. On Saturday, August 15th, the club met at Amazing Grace Chapel
at 216 S Main. There they were hosting an "old-time religion" theme. The club brought their old cars in and they were displayed
in the parking lot. From 7-8pm everyone was entertained by a group called Southern Gospel. Richard & Sue Johnson are part
of that group. After being entertained by gospel music they were then treated to free root beer floats. Sorry I missed this
one but I am sure that a good time was held by all.

On Tuesday, July 21st the Dragin Masters was the guest of honor in Sand Springs for their monthly
singing on the triangle. They had a live band which was very good. Many people were up dancing the night away. There were
vendors that had ribs, pizza, and lots of drinks. If you haven't been there, it was quite a enjoyable evening. It is held
on the 3rd Tuesday of every month through September. Check it out. We had a real good turnout and it gave us a chance to sit
back and enjoy the nice cool breeze of the evening.

July outing was hosted by Dave & Doresa Wood. On Saturday the 18th the club met at the court house and
headed west on historic Route 66. We had a georgous day to take a cruise to the newly opened Rock Cafe in Stroud. Lots of
us thought it was a good day to be out since there was about 18 vehicles to make the trip. Upon arriving at the cafe we found
them to be taping for a promotion of the reopening of the cafe. The volkswagon club of Tulsa was also there along with a bike
group. The cafe had enlarged it's dining area from the old one. It was a nice trip for all. A special "Thank You" to Dave
& Doresa for another fine cruise for the club.

us with an incrediable trick. There was plenty of side dishes and dessert. Everyone had a great time. A big THANK YOU to Ben
